  I love this place! By far my favorite gym ever. There has never been a "bad workout" day. When you walk in, the trainers all yell "HELLO!" and they know you by name. No matter what your level of fitness you are, they help you find a workout that works for you. The trainers all cheer you on the whole way and high five you throughout the workout. My first workout there I hadn't even realized I'd been working out for an hour because it was so fun and different. I know, you're thinking that fun and working out don't belong in the same sentence. At The Sweatshop, they do! I no longer dread my workouts thanks to the Sweatshop!
