    GREEDY place, do NOT go there. First of all I went to go see Dr. Reda about how I lost my 2 teeth. This was explained when I made my 1st appointment! She Wasn’t very friendly & all she kept saying to me is to get a bridge avoid dentures. I have good insurance but I’m fortunately for a three unit bridge is over $3000. I tried to explain this to her that I am looking for the cheapest route possible! However she refused to listen & kept telling me how I should do a bridge or tooth implant! Then she wasn’t even sure if she could even do a bridge, So she tells me now I have to see there specialist Dr Jin Choi, who only comes in On Mondays & Thursday’s. The assistant was more helpful & educated than the dentist! She has black hair & she was very nice very professional unlike Dr. Reda. So then I go in the next day and I meet this other dentist Jin Choi. Is extremely nice & so is his assistant and tells me that he can do the extractions with no problem. Dr. Choi even offered To correct a crown that I have so it wouldn’t be so protruded and long in length FOR FREE! So I’m all excited & book appointment for May 17th to get the 2 tooth extracted. Then When I called & told them that I want to do the crown separately from my extraction date the 1 receptionist said sure no problem, Trying get a hold of Dr. Choi and get back to you in which she never did. So I called the next day Saturday and say I never got a return phone call from Blance the other receptionist. Then this other receptionist Angela Made an allegation to Dr. Beyer that I was screaming at her? All I was trying to ask is if Anyone ever got in touch with Dr. Choi & she seemed very confused on the whole question. So I said how about you go ask your manager & give me a call back.
    Then I got a call phone call from Dr. Beyer. SHe was so rude and so unprofessional & accused me that I was yelling at the receptionist. I said “No, you are wrong I was asking questions about my appointments & I also wanted to know what kind of specialty does Dr. Choi do” Then Dr. Beyer lies & tells me that Dr. Choi is not a specialist, When the receptionist Angela I had already told me that he is. Then Dr. Beyerb(female)is acting like I am trying to Cut corners on saving money. I said first of all Dr. Choi offered me a free service im helping me fix my crown & secondly if that were the case then I wouldn’t be booking appointment which is going to cost me over $200 for the extractions. So Dr. Beyer not ONLY accused me of sayin these comments to the receptionist but because I wasn’t willing to pay for Bridge (it seems) sounds like did they just didn’t want to serve me as a customer. It seems to me that they’re not willing to work with the clients they just want you to pay more money on a bridge or tooth implant. Dr. Jin Choi already agreed to do the extractions, Plus their staff offered that they’d give me a discount cuz Dr. Choi is not in my network. Then it was Dr. Beyer who called me & said I’m sorry we’re not gonna take you as a patient. I was stunned , shocked and appalled of how unbelievably unprofessional her tone was with me! I did nothing wrong except for Anelea (receptionist) good questions because if someone is going to do extractions I need to know their history & what his specialty was. So basically Dr. Choi tells me he can do it and then Dr. Beyer tells me that he cannot and we’re not gonna take you as a patient. Now keep in mind this is all because I choose to change my mind & not do a filling on my front tooth and then she claims I was rude to her receptionist. Everyone please listen to me they are not looking out for your best interest ! they are looking for your money & they don’t care what you ask for , all they want is your money & try and talk you out of the lowest plan possible!!! They Do Work with the clients needs they work for themselves & take your money!! This is probably one of the greediest places I’ve ever encountered. I wished This review had A dislike I would probably give it 1 million dislikes , do NOT Waste you time and go to this place.

    Our family had been going to Byer dental office for more then 25 years. Doctor Irene Beyer is always takes time to explain about what has to be done to maintain good healthy teeth and gums. All procedures were painless and professionally done on time.
    I will recommend Beyer Dental to my friends and colleagues.
    Thank you doctor Irene Beyer for been kind and attentive to our needs.
