  I never usually write reviews, but have to say that Trish is amazing! I'm only in the area for the rest of the week (here for work), and felt like switching up my workout on Saturday night.
  
  I've only done yoga a few times, and Trish was excellent at making me feel included and at ease. I left feeling very relaxed and the next day my legs were sore, which was a plus!
  
  I want to come back SO badly this week, but I have work events that don't end until after her classes start. :( I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a smaller-sized, personal experience and great company.
