  Give them credit for trying, but after several visits to our condo and $250 they never managed to fix our air conditioning. They found an electrical problem that kept frying the system and they told me that I'd need to hire an electrician. Turned out that the problem was on the roof, not in our unit. Liam and his guy never actually went up there to check the AC unit. If they had, they would have seen that vibrations had caused one of the wires to fray, causing a short that kept burning out a transformer in our unit. When I called Liam to ask for a partial rebate (I asked if we could have half of our money back), he said that he couldn't help me.
