  Made an appointment for this afternoon. When I got there, she apologized but told me she forgot about the appointment. She hadn't yet taken in the walk in that was there...but chose him over my booked but forgotten appointment. This was the second time they blew off an appointment that I had scheduled. Never go back! Found Chinese Foot Spa at 1709 N. Rand Road in Palatine, called them, went in and Leo gave me a wonderful foot, back and head massage! Well, Soleful, you lost me as a customer for life, but I found a new sanctuary...and now so will others!
