  I CANNOT recommend this business!!! One of ITS members, Jack M. Katz, CPA, represented both me and my former spouse for years doing our joint tax returns. For several years after the divorce he continued to do my personal return assuring me that he could do so without any issues.
  When in 2009, the X filed a motion re my support, imagine my shock to find out that he prepared the documents in support of a reduction or termination. Only when I became a tax professional did I learn that it was a conflict of interest to continue to represent both parties without getting both sides to sign a waiver! I have the emails to and from him up to the week before the filing to show that he was still advising me and at the same time preparing to assist my X in attempts to decimate me. Bad form for him and his firm!
  When getting a divorce, get new tax advisors. Even if you both want to continue with the same person, be sure to sign a written waiver. It is against CPA and IRS rules to represent both parties without a disclosure of the conflict and signing a waiver.
